Before moving to Arizona, I served in administrative positions in international schools for 11 years in China. My wife and I have four grown children and four grandchildren. In addition to landscaping, I love traveling, running and biking in the desert. Arizona is truly home.

The best thing about my role: I love my role at FA because I’m able to support in many various ways the academic achievement of students as they prepare for their unique future.

Some of my favorite things:

  • Color: Blue
  • Food: Mexican
  • Book: The Four Agreements
  • Subject: Science
  • Hobby: Mountain Biking
  • Sport: Football

If I wasn’t doing what I do now, I would be: serving as an administrator in international schools

Why did you choose to become a teacher? I choose an hybrid administrative-instructional role because I enjoy collaborating in creating an ever improving educational experience for students.
